1. Overview
This Commercial License describes your rights to use the songs, instrumentals, and other audio you create with AI Song Generator at ai-songgenerator.com (the "Generated Content"). It applies in addition to our Terms of Service.
2. Ownership of Generated Content
Subject to your compliance with our Terms of Service and full payment of any applicable fees, you own the Generated Content you create and may use it for personal and commercial purposes. We do not claim ownership of the songs you generate.
3. Royalty-Free Commercial Use
Your license to the Generated Content is worldwide, royalty-free, and perpetual. You may use generated songs in monetized videos, films, games, advertisements, podcasts, apps, presentations, and other commercial projects without paying any additional licensing fees or royalties to us.
4. Permitted Uses
You may publish and distribute your songs on streaming and social platforms, synchronize them with visual media, use them as background or theme music, modify or remix them, and incorporate them into products or client work you deliver.
5. Restrictions
You may not resell or redistribute the Generated Content as standalone, unmodified audio files in a way that competes with the Service (for example, as stock music or a sample pack). You may not claim that AI Song Generator endorses your project, register the Generated Content with a content-ID or copyright-enforcement system in a way that blocks others from using identical or similar AI output, or use the output for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes.
6. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that the lyrics, prompts, and any uploaded material you provide do not infringe third-party rights, and that your final use of the Generated Content complies with the platforms and laws that apply to your project.
7. No Warranty of Uniqueness
Because output is generated by AI, similar inputs may produce similar results for different users. We do not warrant that any Generated Content is wholly unique, and we provide it without warranties as set out in our Terms of Service.
8. Changes to This License
We may update this Commercial License from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below. The license terms in effect when you generate a song apply to that song.
