1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Song Generator service at ai-songgenerator.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
AI Song Generator lets you create music and songs from text descriptions and lyrics, edit and extend tracks, generate covers, and separate vocals from instrumentals using artificial intelligence. We may update, add, or remove features at any time.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or sexually exploitative; to impersonate others or generate a real person's voice without authorization; to violate any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights; to upload malware or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service; or to scrape, resell, or abuse the Service or its underlying AI systems.
5. Your Content and Inputs
You are responsible for the prompts, lyrics, and audio you submit and you represent that you have the rights to use them. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to operate and provide the Service to you.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content we provide, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms and any applicable plan, you own the songs you generate as described in our Commercial License. We retain all rights not expressly granted to you.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid plans, where offered, are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless cancelled. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method. Fees are exclusive of taxes where applicable. Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Disclaimers
The Service and all generated output are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated music will meet your expectations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that may harm us or others. You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
